As a registered NDIS provider, we provide key services required to ensure that individuals (and their families) benefit from progressive improvement and ongoing behavioural and physical gains.
We take a proactive outlook towards betterment, with a focus on helping our clients gain independence in their everyday lives, take control of daily tasks and reconnect with their intuitive self, nature and society.
Some of the day to day living and on going care services we provide, include:
1:1 In home support with self care tasks
1:1 support to access the Community
Holistic Health Coaching (including yoga, meditation, physical activity and education around healthy food and nutrition)
The team at Abilitive not only brings a deep understanding of support services and the NDIS but also a passion for making lives better and more rewarding.
We understand that each client and their circumstances are unique. That's why we take a holistic co-design approach, including working with our clients and their families to create support plans and activities that meet their specific needs.
Incorporating yoga, meditation and physical activity helps our clients experience progressive improvement and growth.
By matching our clients with the right guidance, we are supporting them to progress in their journey towards a more fulfilling life.
We look forward to being able to support you towards becoming the best and healthiest version of yourself.
